A comprehensive model of electrical discharge machining has been used for simulating the crater size during process materials Aluminum, Brass and die steel D2. It is very difficult by theoretically to analysis temperature distribution in whole work -piece because its complexity a single occurs short time. novel proposed with realistic condition such as plasma radius, Gaussian heat flux dependent properties this use software ABAQUS 6.2. In piece diameter depth predicted on basis simulation. FEM show variation (temperature distribution) input parameter. model, increasing energy causes increase means MRR surface roughness increases. simulation better result experimental error taken under consideration like 13 20% which present research scenario.
